    Each and every School member can communicate directly through their Member login id or can contact in our service office personally or either by email or phone. This is how we know what our member school want, and what motivates them and how we can facilitate them best.

    Utility of School Membership:

  • Please mention your membership id all times during the Legal & Taxation services.
  • The School Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the person who it was issued to and who has signed the card.
  • You must quote School Membership ID number before you ask for any free legal assistances or counseling from our organization.
  • This membership is NOT a credit card and cannot be used as a form of payment.
  • School Membership is not liable for any other product or services except legal and statutory work.
  • How to be a School Member:

  • Apply in our specific Application from with all details of your school.
  • Select your appropriate membership plan
  • Enclosure an School Membership Fee along with the application form by cash/cheque/Demand Draft in favour of Smart Foundation payable at Bangalore or you can pay membership online
  • Every school after receiving School Membership Certificate they have to acknowledge in the receipt voucher and send them back into our office address for activate their Membership id.

    Smart School Membership programme is a unique membership being introduce by Smart Foundation for all round in legal and statutory support of a school. In this membership programme any private school can be a member of Smart School Membership and can avail services related with school legal and statutory issues throughout the year.
    Any private school can register with us at www.smartfoundation.in and select from a range of memberships categories like (Basic Membership, Royal Membership, Gold Member, Diamond Member, and Platinum Member). For joining as a member, you have to pay membership fee which will be guided through a secured payment gateway on the website to complete the transaction. You call also call the Smart Helpdesk where our call centre representative will help you to become a school member through our secured payment gateway.
    Being a member of Smart School Membership you will be entitled to get free legal consultancy and support services regarding School Affiliation, Recognition, Registration, NOC, and also Taxation, Audit and Accounts, Provident fund, Land Deed, Corporal Punishment, Ragging, School Bus accident case and all related civil and criminal cases.
    There are various categories of Smart School Membership depending upon the structures of the institution. They are as - Basic Membership - Play School - Class II, Royal Membership - Class-III to Class V, Gold Member - Class-VI to Class IX, Diamond Member- Class – X to Class XII, Platinum Member- Diploma & Degree College.
    Any Private School or College throughout India can be a member of Smart School Membership and for membership the concerned institution shall have to apply in our specific form for membership online stating and on verification of the documents.
    The private educational institutions have increased by leaps and bounds in every city. In our country schools in the last one decade have been brought under heavy regulations. Right to Education Act, Regulations on School Transport, Fee Regulations, Regulations on Trust / Societies, managing schools, Fire Safety norms, National Building Code norms for schools etc. We help our school member to understand the various Government laws applicable on schools. We also receive all the details regarding the State Government laws applicable in the state where the school is being setup. The school management can focus in their academics development after turn into a school member of Smart School Membership.
    Any private school can become our Smart School Membership by applying with all details as mentioned in our specific Form and submit in our website. On submission of the application form we will verify the details of the application and enlisted in the categories of the Smart School Membership and send a payment link with enclosing the invoices. The applicant school have to make payment the membership fee online only through the payment link within the specific time. After payment of membership fee Smart Foundation will issue the Membership Certificate alongwith the login id. A hardcopy of the Membership Certificate shall be send by post to the member school.
    On submission of the application form we will verify the details of the application and enlisted in the categories of the Smart School Membership and send a payment link with enclosing the invoices. The applicant school have to make payment the membership fee online only through the payment link within the specific time.

  • At every regular interval we will visit member school for routine appraisal. Moreover any School Member can raise a service request anytime through log-in portal or using by his registered email. We will definitely get back to you within next 24 hours. During service request you have to enclose the relevant documents alongwith the service request.
    There are various categories of Smart School Membership depending upon the structures of the institution.     The Smart School Membership is an annual membership programme, and after every 12 months the school member has to renew membership by paying the renewal fees.
    The validity of Smart School Membership is one year, however after completing the span of one year a school member can renew their membership by paying annual subscription through online payment. The payment link shall be send to the member school in their registered mail and once the subscription credited into the bank account the membership validity shall be extended for another 12 months.
    If any School Member is not offered good service, please do not hesitate to bring this to our notice within seven days given all relevant details along with the documents, so that we may take appropriate action to offer you the best service immediately.
    Any School Member asks for any legal services must quote School Membership ID number before you generate request for any free legal assistances or counselling from our organization.
    Generally we shall keep the renewal fee for our School Member same as the membership fee; however 10% may be accelerating annually due to inflation in the market.

    Any private school can check all the available services by logging on to www.smartfoundation.in and using your Smart School Membership Login ID & Password provided during your enrolment into the program.
    The School Membership is non-transferable and non-endorsable. Smart School Membership fees shall be paid online and once paid, are non-refundable.
