school affiliation, registration and recognition. It also helps to face all sorts of legal issues

school in a smooth and perfect manner. Our experts will assist and guide you in all your
school related legal and statutory problems and requirements.
ELIGIBILITY OF MEMBERSHIP:
Any private school from Play School to Class II standard can apply for BASIC MEMBERSHIP in our prescribe format alongwith the details information of the applicant school.
The monthly membership fee is Rs. 5500/- and which shall be payable annually.
The membership fee is
non-refundable and non-transferable.

How to be a School Member:
Apply in our specific Application from with all details of your school.
Select your appropriate membership plan
After submitting the application form in our website you will receive a payment
link regarding your annual membership fee. Please make payment of the
membership fee online.
After receiving of the membership fee online Smart Foundation shall generate
Membership Login ID within 48 hours and same shall be delivered through your
registered mail and the Membership Certificate shall be dispatch through
registered post in their registered address.
After receiving the membership login ID the member school have to login from
their registered mail id for activation of their Membership id.

Utility of School Membership:
Please mention your membership id all times during the Legal & Taxation
The School Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the
person who it was issued to and who has signed the card.
You must quote School Membership ID number before you ask for any free
legal assistances or counseling from our organization.
This membership is NOT a credit card and cannot be used as a form of
School Membership is not liable for any other product or services except legal
and statutory work.

Terms & Condition:
The Smart School Membership is only available to Indian private school/
College / University only
During application for the Membership the school applicant must provide us accurate and complete information (including Name, Address, Activities and Governing Body details with Phone Numbers, email id)
Any changes in the address of the school member must be notified to the
organization at an earliest.
The Smart School Membership fee is not endorsable and non-refundable.
Membership fee is only for one year from the date of membership.
Please duly login id of the membership link from your registered email for
activation of the membership.
The professional fee for all legal Services related with school member shall be
providing at free of cost only.
Other than the legal services, Govt Fee, Tax, Stamp Duty, Travelling and
outstation expenses shall be borne by the member school separately.
If you are not offered good service, please do not hesitate to bring this to our
notice within seven days given all relevant details along with the documents,
so that we may take appropriate action to offer you the best service
Smart School Membership does not permit the sharing of your membership
with any other school or any person.
Smart School Membership reasonable believe that any of your membership
services are being used in your school purpose and if found any wrong then
we shall reserve the right to cancel your membership immediately.
School Member agrees to abide by, and shall have all applicable rights and
obligations as set forth in, the Rules and regulation of the Smart School
The organization reserves the right to change Membership Fee at any time at
its own discretion. In case of any change, the same shall, however the
applicable on and from the date of notification of such change.
The Smart School Membership Fee shall be paid through online payment link /crossed cheque/ Demand Draft only and the same should be drawn in favour
of Smart Foundation payable at Bangalore. The date of realization of the
online payment/cheque/draft will be consider as the date of commencement
and the Smart School Membership will be issued from the same date.
